WE THE PEOPLE.......

On March 20, 2010, the congress of the United States of America passed a health care bill that some say was historic, while others say it was unconstitutional. Pro arguments for the bill justify its passage by saying that health care is a right and we must do anything we have to do to get it past...in other words, the end justifies the means. The cons say that the congress did not play by the rules or listen to the American people when they decided to use reconciliation to pass the bill. After hearing such arguments continuously on the 24 hour news cycle, as well as talk radio, one has to wonder... when was the last time members of congress or the American people actually read the Constitution? In case any one's interested, I'd like to do my little part by passing along the following link so anyone who would like can refresh their constitutional know-how. After actually reading it, maybe then an honest opinion can be made. The Constitution of the United States
